So…what software do we use on this course?

We use traditional website hosting on Bluehost. Bluehost is the most popular and used by over 30% of websites ON THE INTERNET! Web Builder = WordPress
Once you have hosting with Bluehost, we integrate WordPress to build your website. WordPress is FREE with your Bluehost account! Theme = Divi
Finally you need a theme. Think of the theme as the interior designer. There are many free themes available to you with your WordPress package. However, I recommend using a paid theme called ‘Divi’ from ‘Elegant Themes’. This is a one-time fee to get your Divi license and once you have it you can use it for life and you can use the same license on multiple websites! I recommend Divi because it makes the process of web design as easy and stress-free as possible and is the MOST user friendly. It allows you to build your website using the ‘Divi Builder’ which is as close to drag and drop as this kind of web design gets. It allows you to see and edit your website on the front end in real time rather than on the back-end without seeing your changes.
